A large part of our production is used as carrier material for plastics, mainly for automotive interiors.

Mattress covers, test fabrics for laboratory purposes, materials for medical applications and knitted tubes for filtration and packaging complete our portfolio. New developments are made in close cooperation with our customers and market requirements.

Adherence to delivery dates is a matter of course for us.

Knitting
We knit more than 2 million running meters of different fabrics every month on the most modern circular knitting machines. For this we need about 150 tons of PES yarns and 150 tons of blended yarns made of PES and CO. We process this large amount of yarn in a 3-shift operation (excluding Sunday).
Thermosetting
About 70% of the knitted fabrics are heat-set on our stenter frame, i.e. stabilized with heat. All fabrics are used as carrier material for imitation leather. Then coated with PVC or PU and then embossed. There is almost no car brand in which our carrier material is not installed.
Quality management
As a supplier to the automotive industry, we are constantly audited and have to meet quality standards. In our laboratory, also with the latest technology (Zwick) equipped, all materials are checked and a tool certificate is created. Only goods that fully meet these requirements are allowed to leave the factory.

Our materials are used in a wide variety of areas. From packaging in the food sector to fabrics for the automotive industry - we offer a wide range of products for a wide variety of applications.
